Admin Assistant – £10.00ph – Bournemouth

We are delighted to have Valuations Admin Assistant roles available working for the world's largest building society, within their Bournemouth town center office.

These positions are initially offered on a 12 month contract with the potential to go permanent.

All positions come with 2-4 weeks initial training.

What you'll do:

As a vital member of the Valuations team, you will be responsible for multiple administrative tasks such as the assessment of valuations, calculating rental income whilst considering significant variables and ensuring properties are suitable for lending within The Mortgage Works criteria. There will also be telephony responsibilities within the role with brokers, the ability to handle potentially challenging conversations would be advantageous. We are looking for individuals who have an exceptional eye for detail and are competent with IT packages such as Microsoft Office. It is vital you can problem solve and show resilience when faced with multiple cases.

Hours:

9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Salary is £10.00 per hour (35 Hours)

Office Based - Central Bournemouth
After 2 weeks training - Hybrid between Office/Work From Home
