Administrator – £12 per hour – Permanent

We are recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator for a rapidly expanding cleaning company in Saint Leonards., Ferndown.

This is a permanent position and ideal for someone with experience in a similar environment. 

The working environment is a newly refurbished farmhouse that has been converted into a private office in picturesque surroundings. 

Plenty of free private parking.

Hours:

Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm 

 

Salary:

 

Hourly rate is £12 per hour

 

Main Purpose

 

To assist the Operations Manager in the daily administration of cleaning bookings and requests

 

Main responsibilities:

 

Cleaning Team Support

 

  • Answering calls that come into the Cleaning and Maintenance team.
  • Raising jobs for cleaning orders that come in via the phone or email.
  • Raising booking requests 
  • Liaising with external contractors such as Cleaning contractors, Restaurants and Hospitality clients whose premises are cleaned
  • Prepare and issue new Purchase Order books, Invoices and job cards as and when required.
  • Dealing with queries, re-direct, if necessary, to the Operations Manager.
