Customer Service Administrator – Nationwide Building Society

We are delighted to have Customer Service Administrator roles available working for the world's largest building society, within their Bournemouth town center office.

The start date for these positions is November 2022 and continuing throughout the year until 2023.

These positions are initially offered on a 12 month contract with the potential to go permanent.

All positions come with 4/6 weeks initial training and the role can also be hybrid with home working options available.

What you'll do:

  • Following processes and procedures e.g. quality checking documents, use of workflow systems, completing a variety of administration tasks
  • Work within targets and deadlines to meet required standards
  • Multi- tasking as you will be using different systems, programmes and processes
  • Working well within a team to complete processes as per procedure
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy is essential
  • Process a high volume number of cases/applications working within a fast paced environment
  • Provide excellent IT competency skills - previous use of Excel, Outlook, MS teams and MS Office is essential
  • Communicatinginternally within your team regarding progress of applications

9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Salary is £10.49 per hour (35 Hours per week)

Hybrid Working Schedule between Office and Remote Working with a minimum of a visit to office once a quarter Nationwide will provide equipment to enable remote working i.e., laptop, mouse, keyboard, monitor, etc.
