Customer Service Advisor

We are recruiting for an Engineering company in Hamworthy, Poole. There is an exciting opportunity for a full time Customer Service Advisor within their busy general customer admin team.

Duties will include dealing with inbound enquiries received via telephone, fax and email, quoting, processing orders and progress chasing. Our ideal candidate will possess a good standard of education, a confident telephone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills. If you have an aptitude for figures, an eye for detail and thrive when busy then you could be just their kind of person. The ability to work as part of a close-knit team is central to the role. Full product training will be given and you will benefit from being part of a successful company, that is a leader in its field.

Hours:
Mon-Fri 9-5pm
37.5 hours

Holiday:
20 days holiday, rising at 1 day per year to a max 25 days after 5 years continuous service (PLUS bank holidays). Also birthday day off as holiday (subject to conditions).

Relevant Experience: 1 year minimum sales office/customer service experience beneficial, however training will be provided.
