Our established client based in Ferndown, Dorset is looking to recruit full time Customer Service Assistant.

Handling any inbound calls from specific partner companies customers, you will be the first point of contact and it will be your responsibility to ensure messages are taken and recorded.
It really is as simple as that! The company is a call answering service on behalf of some prominent UK Household names with large and loyal customer bases.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good Keyboard Skills
- Good customer service skills
- Previous retail and customer service experience would be beneficial
- No outbound calls
£10.00 per hour
Working hours are on a rota Monday to Sunday 8am till 6pm
Various shift patterns available including early starts and also part time flexible to suit your needs. Extra hours and shifts such as 5am-1pm or 10am-6pm are possible.
- 40 hrs a week
- 5 working days
- Full training provided and paid for
