We are looking to recruit an Estimator Planner to work within a Structural Engineering company that specialises in bespoke architectural metalwork, which includes stairs, balustrades, balconies, canopies, etc. the ideal candidate will have experience in metalwork fabrication/steelwork.
The role would be predominantly office based with the possibility of occasional accompanied site visits.
The Company are an approved & award-winning sub-contractor to a variety of well-known main contractors, including Morgan Sindall, Willmott Dixon and Volkerfitzpatrick to name a few.
Most of the work they tender comes direct from the contractors and the estimator would be responsible for quoting from the drawings, details & bills of materials received.
Initial assistance would be given to help gain familiarity with customers and the way in which the company operates.
Hours are 40 per week Monday to Friday.
This a permanent position.
Salary is very competitive depending on experience.
