Responsibilities
- Operate and set up CNC grinding machines to produce high-quality components in line with technical specifications.
- Interpret engineering drawings and ensure components meet required tolerances and finishes.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC grinding equipment.
- Conduct quality checks using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Record and report production data accurately.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Grinder or in a similar machining role.
- Strong understanding of CNC grinding machines and their operation.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
Day-to-Day
- Set up and operate CNC grinding machines to produce components to exact specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality.
- Perform quality inspections on finished components to ensure they meet required standards.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to address any production challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine maintenance.

- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM
