We are recruiting for an Electronics Production Engineer with design experience for a Global Electronics company based in Fordingbridge, Hampshire.
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in technology. We are looking for individuals who are not afraid of being a leader when it comes to developing processes and procedures.
The successful candidate we are looking for could either be an experienced Production Engineer looking for a new challenge or someone with technical background, either in Engineering or has A Levels in STEM subjects.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and keen on improving processes and procedures throughout the company as well as supporting the production process.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain build documentation, test specifications and also the improvement of processes and procedures throughout the company.
- The design and development of tooling, jigs and fixture to support the production process.
- Provide technical support to in-house production and subcontractors.
- To maintain confidentiality and professionalism in relationships with both other staff, customers and suppliers at all times.
- When required, support other areas of the business when and where the need arises as directed by senior managers.

Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
Salary: Up to £35k depending on experience
