Location: Poole, Dorset
Pay: £13.05 per hour - overtime £19.57 per hour after 39 hours
Job Type: Full Time, Ongoing
Rotating Shifts:

6am-2pm (Friday 6am-1pm)

2pm-10pm (Friday 1pm-7pm)

10pm-6am (Friday 7pm-2am)
We are recruiting Production Machine Operators to join a well-established and successful food manufacturer based in Poole.
Working within a busy production environment, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
The Role
Your duties will include operating production machinery, carrying out regular quality checks, accurately recording production information and identifying basic operational faults. You will also be responsible for maintaining excellent food hygiene and Health & Safety standards throughout your shift.
Full paid training is provided, so previous experience is not essential. We are looking for reliable and motivated people who are comfortable working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are willing to learn.
