Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator

We are recruiting for a permanent Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator to support a rapidly growing telecommunications company based in Ferndown, Dorset.

The ideal candidate will have a strong administration and customer service background along with a knowledge of business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing Department Oversight:
  • Manage and oversee the sales and marketing departments to optimise productivity.
  • Implement efficient systems and processes for scaling.
  • Support and execute UK-wide marketing campaigns in collaboration with the sales and marketing team.
  • Coordinate sales appointments and track their quality and quantity (using a traffic light system).
  • Monitor and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Handle logistics for sales and marketing teams, including travel arrangements.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts.
  • Manage incoming calls and provide basic customer service.

Supporting Sales and Marketing Team Members:

  • Assist sales team by managing daily tasks and follow-up.
  • Prepare and send quotes to clients.
  • Manage email correspondence.
  • Occasionally follow up on unsold appointments.
  • Keep team informed of departmental developments and help solve issues.
  • Support marketing team with schedule and event organization.
  • Coordinate tasks and track appointments.
  • Measure the quality and quantity of appointments.
  • Collaborate on data requirements and marketing campaigns.
  • Plan ahead for fresh leads.
  • Identify priority leads and create filters for calling.
  • Run reports on key performance indicators.

Compensation Plan:

Basic Salary: up to £25,000
Additional Commission Earnings based on performance
Bonus: Company Sales target achieved for the month: £35,000 OTE 

Hours:

Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 1pm (depending on workload completion)

This role will be a Hybrid working model so location near to the Ferndown, Dorset office is essential for occasional staff meetings.
