We are recruiting for a Semi Skilled CNC Turner, to work for a well-established multi-site AS9100 CNC precision manufacturer servicing the aerospace, defence and oil and gas markets.
Skills Required
Setting and Operating multi axis Turning machines, in Fanuc language.
The successful CNC Turner (Fanuc) will be responsible for the manufacture of quality parts.
Responsibilities:
- Run, set & operate CNC Turning (Lathes) Machine Centres
- Setting tools & producing components
- Loading/unloading of CNC machine tools and fixtures
- Ability to select, set and change tools
- Working on highly technical products to tight tolerances
- Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and policy
- Complete necessary daily documents such as Time Sheets
Salary:
Day shift: £16.00 per hour basic (depending on experience)
Occasional Overtime Available at x 1.33 (up to £21.33ph)
Night shift: £16.00 per hour basic (depending on experience) plus x1.33 shift allowance.
Shifts: Days or Nights available.
Days: Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm & Friday 7.30am - 12.30pm
Nights: Monday to Thursday 3:45pm - 1:45am
Hours: 39 hrs per week
